Welcome to happyplace, where we pack your orders with love, snacks (for us), and maybe a little cat supervision. Here's everything you need to know about how your goodies get to you.

🚚Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from Singapore. Every item is lovingly packed by our tiny team (and occasionally inspected by a judgmental cat).

🌍Where do you ship to?

  • Singapore – Yes! All items ship locally via trusted couriers.

  • International Shipping – Currently limited. We're working on expanding! DM us on Instagram if you’re overseas and curious.

⏱️ How long does it take to process my order?

  • Processing Time: 2–4 working days
    This includes order confirmation, packing, and preparing for dispatch.

Need it faster? Message us and we’ll try to help, if possible!

📮 Delivery Time (Singapore)

  • Standard Courier Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Tracked Shipping: You’ll get a tracking number once your parcel is on the way

Public holidays, peak seasons, and snack breaks may affect timing slightly.

📦 How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on weight and delivery method. We occasionally run free shipping promos—follow us on Instagram to catch them!

🚨 I haven’t received my order!

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (Singapore), please:

  1. Check the tracking link

  2. Confirm your shipping address

  3. Message us via Instagram, or email: happyplacesingapore@gmail.com
