At happyplace, we want your unboxing experience to be full of joy (and maybe a few giggles). But if something’s not right, don’t worry—we’ve got you.

💸Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of our products—hand-packed, limited-run—we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

🚨What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Oh no! We’re so sorry. If your order is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We'll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund (depending on the situation and stock availability).

🔄Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, yes! Message us as soon as possible. Once it's been sent out, we can’t cancel it.

💳When do I get my refund?

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed via your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days depending on your bank/payment provider

  • If you haven’t received it after that, check with your bank or payment service

🙅‍♀️No refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Sale items or items marked final sale

  • Custom or made-to-order items
