📦 Where do you ship from?
All items ship from sunny Singapore with lots of bubble wrap and even more love (plus the occasional cat hair—free of charge).

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we’re focused on local orders. International friends: hang tight! We’re working on expanding.

How long will it take to get my order?
For Singapore orders:

  • Processing time: 2–4 working days

  • Delivery time: 1–3 working days after mailing

We’ll send you a tracking link once your parcel’s on the way!

🧾 Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, yes! Drop us a message ASAP on Shopee or Instagram and we’ll do our best.

I received the wrong/defective item!
Oh no! We’re so sorry but fret not. Please message us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order ID. 

💸 Do you do bulk orders or custom items?
Yes, for the right vibe. We’re open to small custom collabs, wholesale, or bulk orders (great for events or shops). Email or DM us to chat!
